Our shipping and handling policy is as follows:
- For custom orders, please allow up to 1-2 days for processing and handling. Most of our products are "made to order" and may take a day or two in order to produce it. For other products under the Kpop and Sanrio/SanX categories, please allow 2-4 business days to process it.
- Once your order is ready to ship, please allow 2-10 business days for delivery depending on location.

- USA Standard: 2-5 Days - USPS
- USA Priotiry: 1-2 Days - FedEx (where available)
International: (Outside of USA)
- International Standard: 3-10 Business Days - DHL/FedEx
- International Priority (select countries) 2-5 Business Days- FedEx (where available)
- Canada Standard: 4-8 Business Days - DHL/FedEx
- Canada Priority: 2-5 Business days - FedEx (where available)
